Airtel ATN will demonstrate a comprehensive set of validation software to test ATN airborne and ground systems. The validation software is built using existing operational software and is representative of real operational systems.

The Ground Validation Suite is designed to test ATN enabled ATC centre end-systems. The software emulates airborne systems providing support for several hundred aircraft as well as an ATN air-ground router and the emulation of a ground-ground router connection.

In collaboration with Aviation Data Systems, Airtel provides the option of running the Validation software over VDL radios using mini-VDRs and PVDL software. The mini-VDR is a low-power VHF transceiver designed for test environments. (For more information...)
